According to market sources, hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from a Ukrainian producer to Turkey can be found at the price levels of $420-425/mt CFR, indicating a decline of $25/mt over the past two weeks. The same Ukrainian producer's cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey have moved down by $30/mt in the same period to $500-505/mt CFR.
Meanwhile HRC offers from a Russian producer to Turkey have decreased by $30/mt in the same period to $430-435/mt CFR, while the same Russian producer's CRC offers to Turkey are currently in the range of $510-530 CFR.
All the prices are for shipments in March.
