Xining Special Steel to issue bonds worth RMB 1 billion

Qinghai Province-based Chinese steel company Xining Special Steel Group has announced that it intends to issue bonds worth a total of RMB 1 billion ($154.2 million) in the current year.
 
Online subscription for the bonds will take place on June 15, while offline subscription will take place on June 15-17.

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, in May this year Chinese steelmaking giant Baosteel Group stated that it was interested in acquiring Xining Special Steel.
