Volzhsky Pipe Plant to produce under API standards

Volzhsky Pipe Plant, a member of Russian TMK group, got accreditation of compliance with specification Q1 of American Petroleum Institute (API). The accreditation allows the plant to make production according to PSL2 requirement, in compliance with API Spec. 5CT 8th edition, which is effective from 2006, and API Spec. 5L 43rd edition. The given accreditation is valid for the period of 3 years.
