According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of structural pipe and tube totaled 9,108 mt in November last year, down 6.7 percent from October and up 1.5 percent from November 2023. By value, structural pipe and tube exports totaled $15.9 million in November, compared to $15.7 million in the previous month and $16.0 million the same month in 2023.
The US shipped the most structural pipe and tube to Canada in November with 5,511 mt, compared to 5,042 mt in October and 5,343 mt in November 2023. The other top export destination was Mexico with 3,126 mt. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US structural pipe and tube exports in November.
