US ITC institutes sunset reviews for SS bar from five countries

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has instituted five-year reviews (sunset review) concerning the countervailing duty order on stainless steel bar from Italy and the antidumping duty orders on the same product from France, Germany, Italy, South Korea, and the UK. The ITC will use the sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry. The interested parties are requested to submit their responses to the ITC by March 23, 2007.
