US issues preliminary AD review results on OCTG from Argentina

The Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina.

During the review period from May 11, 2022, to October 31, 2023, Argentinian Siderca S.A.I.C was found to have made sales of the subject products at less than normal value. The DOC has determined weighed average dumping margin of 6.8 percent for the producer.

The final results of the review are expected to be announced within 120 days of the publication of the preliminary results.
