The US International Trade Administration (ITA) has announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey.
The review covers four producers/exporters - (a) Borusan Group, including Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Boruson Holding A.S., Borusan Lojistik Dagitim Depolama Tasimacilik ve Tic A.S. (collectively "Borusan"); (b) Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S., Toscelik Metal Ticaret A.S., and Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S. (collectively "Toscelik"); (c) Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret ("Erbosan"); and (d) Yucel Group, including Yucel Boru ve Profil Endustrisi A.S., Yucelboru Ihracat Ithalat ve Pazarlama A.S., and Cayirova Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (collectively "Yucel") - during the period from May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012.
The International Trade Administration has calculated weighted-average dumping margins of 3.67 percent and zero percent for Borusan and Erbosan respectively, while there were no shipments by Toscelik and Yucel Boru during the period of the review.
The products subject to review are currently classifiable under subheadings 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85, and 7306.30.50.90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
