The US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its preliminary injury determination Monday in the antidumping (AD) investigations of non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan and the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of non-oriented electrical steel from China, Korea, and Taiwan.

The ITC made affirmative determinations with respect to all countries.

As a result of the ITC’s determination, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations of non-oriented electrical steel from these countries.
