US DOC rescinds AD review on steel plate from Taiwan

On July 21, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on carbon steel plate imported from Taiwan. The review, which covered Taiwanese producer China Steel Corporation (CSC), was initiated upon the request of Nucor Corporation, a US domestic carbon steel plate producer. The period of review was June 1, 2004, through May 31, 2005. Since there was no evidence the respondent had any reviewable US transactions during the period of review, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to CSC.
