On June 2, the US Department of Commerce (US DOC) announced the initiation of five-year (sunset) reviews of countervailing and antidumping duty (CVD, AD) orders regarding various steel products.
The following sunset reviews are scheduled for initiation in June 2010:
- CVD reviews on stainless steel sheet and strip from South Korea and AD orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and Taiwan.
- CVD order on stainless steel plate from Belgium and South Africa and AD orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium, Italy, South Korea, South Africa, and Taiwan.
