The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat product imports from Russian steelmaker Severstal, imposed on December 2014.
Accordingly, the US DOC calculated preliminary dumping margin of 184.56 percent, increasing from the current dumping margin of 73.59 percent.
The administrative review covers the period between December 19, 2014 and November 30, 2015.
