On May 31, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings imported from China for the period April 1, 2005, through March 31, 2006.

In the preliminary results dated April 27, 2007, the DOC decided to apply adverse facts available with respect to Myland Industrial Co., Ltd. (Myland), and Buxin Myland (Foundry) Ltd. (Buxin), which failed to cooperate to the best of their ability and failed to demonstrate their eligibility for a separate rate.

Accordingly, the preliminary weighted-average dumping margin existing for the period April 1, 2005, through March 31, 2006 was as follows:

Producer

Margin

China-Wide Entity (including Myland, and Buxin)

75.50%

Upon receiving no comments on the preliminary results, the DOC has decided not to make any changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results.
