US DOC cancels AD review on SS plate in coils from Belgium
On June 30, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for
stainless steel
plate in coils imported from
Belgium for the period May 1, 2004, through April 30, 2005. The review covered Belgian producer Ugine & ALZ
Belgium, NV.
Since both petitioners and the respondent withdrew their request within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC decided to rescind the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel
plate in coils imported from
Belgium.
