US DOC cancels AD review on certain WR from Ukraine

On December 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Ukraine for the period October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005. The review covered Ukrainian producer Kryvorizhstal. Since the respondent withdrew its request within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC decided to rescind the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Ukraine.
