Ukraine postpones sale of Krivorozhstal

According to recent news in the market, Ukraine has recently determined to put off privatization of Krivorozhstal due to the complaint filed by the court. Ukrainian privatization committee filed a lawsuit for procuring protection for Krivozohstal workers that are to be laid off. It is stated that, a tender is delayed under these circumstances, according to Ukrainian laws. As reported by SteelOrbis, LNM and US Steel consortium submitted bid for Krivorozhstal yesterday, moreover Arcelor and Severstal, Russian EvrazHolding and three domestic producers were interested in Krivorozhstal.
