World's second largest steelmaker LNM Group announced that a consortium is formed with US Steel (USS) to participate the tender for the privatization of Krivorozhstal, state owned steel mill of Ukraine. Besides, Ispat Karmet of Kazakshtan and Ispat Polska Stal of Poland, both of which are affiliated to LNM Holdings, will be members of the consortium as well.
