Timken Company hikes high speed steel prices

According to the statement released by Timken Company, its subsidiary Timken Latrobe will increase prices of all high speed steel products by 5 % effective for shipments as of December 1, 2004. No change in raw material surcharges has been announced. The prices are stated to have been increased due to rising raw material costs.
