Timken Company acquires SES Technical Group

According to recent statement released by Timken Company, the company has recently acquired assets of Ohio-based SES Technical Group, a division of SES, LLC to increase quality of its products and services. Timken expects the acquisition to increase Timken Industrial Services' revenue by $2.5 million. With the recent agreement, SES Technical Group will now be a division of Timken Industrial Services, a subsidiary of Timken Company. The terms of the agreement regarding the takeover have not been disclosed.
