The Stainless Steel Industrial Park of Wuzhou in China's Guangxi Province has announced that three major stainless steel projects in the park are due to be commissioned in the coming months. The projects in question belong to Zhejiang Province-based Yongda Stainless Steel Manufacture Co. Guangdong Province-based Jinhai Stainless Steel Products Co. and Guangxi Province-based Dongpeng Stainless Steel Co., with respective targeted annual production capacities of 1 million mt, 1 million mt and 1.2 million mt.
In particular, the second phase construction of Yongda Stainless Steel Manufacture's stainless steel production project is expected to start trial production by the end of June this year. At the same time, Jinhai Stainless Steel Products' project is expected to be completed by late April, with Dongpeng Stainless Steel's projected to be commissioned by the end of June.
The total investment in the three stainless steel production projects will reach RMB 180 million ($28.57 million).
