Fujian-based Chinese company Sanming TianZun Stainless Steel Composite Technology has announced that its expects to launch production at the second phase of its stainless steel clad plate production project in September of the current year.
Ground was broken in March this year for the second phase, which will add an additional annual output capacity of 30,000 mt of stainless steel clad plate.
The overall project, located in Meilie economic development zone in the province of Fujian, targets an overall annual output capacity of 60,000 mt of stainless steel clad plate. Total investment is expected to reach RMB 300 million ($47.06 million).
