Sumitomo Corp to acquire Kiryu

Japanese Sumitomo Corporation has recently announced that it will acquire all stakes of auto parts manufacturer Kiryu. Regarding the subject, both sides have recently signed an agreement; however the price of the deal is not disclosed. Through this acquisition, Sumitomo will be able to show its existence in domestic auto parts' market.
