Stelco meets with USWA

Canadian largest steelmaker Stelco Inc. and United Steel Workers of America (USWA) have talked over Stelco's current position at a meeting on July 8, 2003. Stelco and USWA have discussed about company's current business conditions, financial situation and its plans for improving performance. Furthermore, Stelco wants from USWA and hourly employees to help the company to reduce costs with significant labor cost reductions and productivity improvements.
