Shougang Jingtang produces explosion-proof SFB700 steel plate

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel (Shougang Jingtang) has announced it has carried out successful trial production of high-strength explosion-proof SFB700 steel plate at its hot rolling facilities. Shougang Jingtang produced a total of 760 mt of the product during the trial production.

The high-strength explosion-proof SFB700 steel plate is used in power stations (including nuclear power stations), and in the petroleum and chemical sectors, among other applications.
