Shijiazhuang Steel produces 1.7268 million mt of crude steel in 2012

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co., a subsidiary of Hebei Iron and Steel Group, has issued its output results for 2012.
 
Accordingly, Wang Liping, general manager of Shijiazhuang Steel, stated that in 2012 the company produced 1.7294 million mt of pig iron, 1.7268 million mt of crude steel and 1.6089 million mt of finished steel.
 
In 2013, the annual outputs of the company are expected to reach 2 million mt for pig iron, 1.9 million mt for crude steel and 1.8 million mt for finished steel, Mr. Wang said.
