Severstal Cherepovets plant, the main steel producing facility of Severstal Russian Steel, has announced that by the end of 2009 it plans to complete its second polymer coating line.
The total investment in the project amounts to Ruble 2.3 billion ($98 million).
The new line has a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 metric tons.
