Russia to increase coal supply to Chinese market in coming five years

The Russian ambassador to China, Sergey Razov, has stated that, in the next five years, Russia will supply 15 million mt of coal to the Chinese market each year, an increase of 25 percent compared to the current volume. Also, in the next 20 years, the annual provision will surpass 20 million mt, he said.

Market analysts have commented that in November and December many regions in China have experienced shortages of coal.
