Diler officials have not confirmed reports in the market on Wednesday that production at its mill has been halted by a decree of the Ministry of the Environment. In an interview with company officials, SteelOrbis has learned that the rolling mill at Diler Demir Celik has been halted for regular maintenance for a 15-day period. However, the mill's melt shop is still active. On the other hand, it has also been confirmed to SteelOrbis that both the rolling mill and the melt shop at Yazici Demir Celik in Iskenderun have been halted for regular maintenance.
