Real estate sales in Turkey up 31.1 percent in August from July

In August this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 141,400 units, rising by 31.1 percent month on month and down by 17.0 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first eight months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 801,995 units, decreasing by 21.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
