Raspadskaya’s coal output declines in first nine months

In the January-September period of the current year, Russia's second largest coking coal producer Raspadskaya's coal output decreased by 21 percent year on year to 4.669 million mt.
 
During the period in question, Raspadskaya's sales of coal concentrate went down by 38 percent year on year to 2.766 million mt, while its sales of run-of-mine coal increased by 8.6 times to 802,000 mt.

In 2011, Raspadskaya will cut coal production by 20 percent from the scheduled level of 8.5 million mt
