Russia's second largest coking coal producer Raspadskaya has stated that in the fourth quarter of 2014 its coal output increased by 36 percent quarter on quarter to 3.3 million mt. In the full year of 2014, the company's coal output amounted to 10.2 million mt, up 31 percent compared to the previous year.
In 2014, the company’s coal concentrate sales increased by 17 percent to 6 million mt, while its raw coal sales went up by 44 percent to 1 million mt, year on year.
