Preliminary results of CVD review on SS plate in coils from Italy
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) publishes preliminary results of full sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Italy. DOC, on April 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Italy. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and respondent interested parties, DOC is conducting a full sunset review for the countervailing duty order on imports of subject merchandise.
