Final results of sunset review on SS plate in coils from Italy
On April 1, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Italy. Based on adequate responses from interested parties, the DOC determined to conduct a full (240-day) sunset review for the countervailing duty order on imports of the subject merchandise. As a result of the review, the DOC determined that revocation of the countervailing duty order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of the subsidies at the levels indicated below:
