Final results of sunset review on SS plate imported from three countries
The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on April 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Brazil, Italy and Korea. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, DOC determined to conduct an expedited sunset review for the antidumping duty order on imports of subject merchandise. As a result of the review, DOC determined that revocation of the antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. Accordingly, the following weighted-average duty margins exist for the producers below:Country/producer Margin Belgium: Ugine & ALZ Belgium.................................9.86% All Others..........................................9.86% Italy: ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni SpA (TKAST).....45.09% All Others.........................................39.69% Korea: POSCO...............................................6.08% All Others..........................................6.08%
