POSCO inaugurates heavy plate processing center in Dalian, China

On June 14, South Korean steel producer Pohang Iron and Steel Company Limited (POSCO) inaugurated its new heavy plate processing center, named POSCO-CDPPC, which is located in Lingang Industrial Zone on Changxing Island, Dalian, in China's Liaoning Province.

The annual output capacity of the new processing center is expected to reach 400,000 mt. The products processed at the center will be supplied to companies in the Bohai Bay area.
