Peru’s iron ore export revenues up 64.9 percent in June from May

In June this year, Peru’s iron ore export revenues increased by 64.9 percent month on month and fell by 34.3 percent year on year to $38.6 million, according to data released by the nation’s central bank BCPR. In June 2014, Peru’s iron ore export revenues had amounted to $58.8 million.

Meanwhile, in the first half of this year the country’s iron ore export revenues totaled $203.8 million.
