Pakistan State Oil and Power China ink MOU

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and Power China signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for construction of an up-country deep conversion oil refinery and laying a crude oil pipeline.

This project is expected to help in reducing transportation costs of petroleum products currently being transported via road from refineries in the southern region of Pakistan and ensure uninterrupted supply.
