Pakistan initiates duty investigation against CRC from Ukraine and China

Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission has announced that it has initiated an antidumping duty investigation against cold rolled coil (CRC) imports from Ukraine and China.
 
The application was filed by Karachi-based cold rolled coil producer Aisha Steel Mills Limited in June this year.
 
The commission is expected to announce its preliminary decision not later than 180 days from the date of initiation of the investigation.
 
The products subject to duty investigation currently fall within the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7209.1690, 7209.1790, 7209.1890, 7209.1610, 7209.1710, 7209.1810, 7209.2690, 7209.2790, 7209.2890, 7209.2610, 7209.2710 and 7209.2810.
