Output of Tianda Oil Pipe rises 28.3 percent in 2011

Anhui Province-based Chinese seamless pipe producer Tianda Oil Pipe Co. has announced that its total output in 2011 reached 806,000 mt, up 28.3 percent year on year, while its total sales volume amounted to 819,000 mt, up 31.4 percent year on year. Meanwhile, Tianda Oil Pipe's sales revenues in 2011 totaled RMB 4.53 billion ($717.49 million), up 42.2 percent, while its net profit was RMB 63.83 million ($10.11 million), down 37 percent, both on year-on-year basis.

For the current year, Tianda Oil Pipe plans to increase its production and sales volumes to 950,000-1,000,000 mt.
