NLMK to restore production at 2004 level

Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Iron & Steel Works board of directors' chairman Vladimir Lisin announced that the enterprise intends to return to a high production level of 2004, over 9 million tons. The actual production target for year 2006 is set up at 10 million tons level.
