China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during the April 3-9 period this year the overall average finished steel price in China indicated a slight decrease.
In the given period, the average prices of high-speed wire rod, rebar and steel channels decreased by 1.3 percent, 1.2 percent and 0.9 percent, week on week, respectively.
In the same period, the average price of coking coal, smoke-free lump coal and thermal coal edged down by 1.3 percent, 1.3 percent and 0.4 percent, respectively, week on week.
