Mexico to reduce duties on imported steel products by 30%

Mexico Ministry of Finance has recently announced that it determined to reduce duties on imported steel products by 30% to help Mexican steel producers suffering from high prices and supply shortage. It is stated that the duties will be reduced for steel products imported from countries which do not have free trade agreement with Mexico. The Ministry of Finance presented the bill regarding the duty cut to the government however it has not approved yet.
