Mexico starts AD probe on certain seamless pipe imports

Mexico’s Ministry of Economy has announced that it has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty investigation against seamless pipe imports from South Korea, Spain, India and Ukraine.
 
The investigation was launched upon the complaint filed by Tenaris Tamsa in August this year for the period between April 1, 2015 and March 31, 2016.
 
The products in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.19.01, 7304.19.02, 7304.19.99, 7304.39.05, 7304.39.06 and 7304.39.99.
