Mechel to buy out minority stakes in several subsidiaries

The Russian mining and steel producing company Mechel has announced its intention to acquire the remaining shares in its subsidiaries Southern Kuzbass, Korshunov Mining Plant, and Southern Urals Nickel Plant from their minority shareholders.
 
The interested parties are invited to send their offers to Mechel.

Mechel is to review received offers and is to decide on acceptance within a 30-day period. Mechel is entitled to stop accepting offers before the end of the specified period by publishing an official announcement on its website.
