Kazakhstan's crude steel output up 18.2% in January-September

In the January-September period of the current year, Kazakhstan produced 2.97 million mt of crude steel, up 18.2 percent year on year, according to the State Statistics Committee of Kazakhstan.

Production of flat steel in Kazakhstan in the January-September period this year increased by 18.2 percent year on year to 1.91 million mt, while in the same period Kazakhstan saw its ferroalloy production rise by 0.6 percent year on year to 1.26 million mt.
