The annual output capacities to be eliminated include 1.5 million mt capacity in iron-making, 500,000 mt in steelmaking, 500,000 mt for coke, 25,000 mt for ferroalloys, 150,000 mt for copper smelting, 80,000 mt for lead smelting, and 2.6 million mt for cement.
