Jiangsu Tianhuai Pipe starts installation of seamless pipe production line

Jiangsu Province-based Chinese steel pipe producer Jiangsu Tianhuai Pipe Co. has announced that it has started installation of equipment for its high grade large-diameter 508 mm seamless steel pipe production line, which is expected to be put into production in March 2012.

German plantmaker SMS Siemag is responsible for the supply of the equipment for the new seamless pipe production line.

Jiangsu Tianhuai Pipe Co. is a joint venture company established by China's largest seamless steel producer Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation (TPCO) and Jiangsu Province-based Chinese steelmaker Huaigang Special Steel Co., which is a subsidiary of Shagang Group.
