Izhora Pipe Mill plans to increase steel pipe production in 2011

In 2010, Izhora Pipe Mill, a subsidiary of Russian steel producer Severstal, increased its steel pipe shipments by 1.5 times compared to 2009, exceeding its pre-crisis shipment levels.
 
Meanwhile, in the current year Izhora Pipe Mill plans to increase steel pipe production and to implement its investment program with a total cost of Ruble 200 million ($7.1 million), which will focus in particular on the sheet-rolling shop No. 3, aimed at producing sheets for the production of large diameter pipes.
