Italian Valsider take-over by Leman Commodities
Valsider, the Italian plate mill, will be totally taken over by Swiss based Leman Commodities SA by the end of the year as the Grigoli family is pulling out of the partnership, SteelOrbis is reported. In the mean time, Valsider has started shipping its first hot rolled coils from its second hand hot rolled coil mill near Verona.
