Russian steel producer Severstal has decreased its May production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey by $39/mt as compared to its price levels for April production. In the meantime, contrary to the situation last month, Severstal has allocated cold rolled coil (CRC) and steel plate for Turkey from its May production, while it is heard that firm bids will be accepted.
