Iskoor acquired control of Zinor Darom

Israeli service center Iskoor, which is part of Macsteel, acquired control of Israeli based pipe and tube maker Zinor Darom by early December. Zinor Darom used to be a publicly listed company with the Israeli stock exchange with a production capacity of about 50,000 tons per annum. After the take over by Iskoor, the company was delisted from the stock exchange.
